Get Diag code by code

get https://qa.connect.calamp.com/device-services/otacode/diag/code/{code}

Retrieve the diag code details by code.
API will return the edgeCode diag codes as they include other types as well, since edgeCode added new codes to the existing list.

Required permission: User should be authenticated via CTC.
