Primary endpoint to associate a known VIN with vehicle's year, make, model, and engine data. Currently VIN is required eventually ESN may be used without VIN.

(optional if VIN is used) - Place your device identifier (ESN) must be an integer of 6 to 10 digits.

modelYear

The model year of the vehicle. This may not match the production year.
Valid range: 1980 - current year +2

make

The make of the vehicle

model

string

The model of the vehicle. If this Make uses the concept of series, then the model should
include the "series" in so far as it is necessary to identify the vehicle. For example on a mercedes: E400; on a BMW:
325ix; on a Ford: F350

vin

string

(optional if ESN is used) - 17 character VIN.

trim

string

This is additional data about the vehicle and may include body style.

modelCode

string

For Mercedes this is vin position 4-9, inclusive. For BMW this is vin position 4-7,
inclusive. For Volkswagen Auto Group this is vin positions 6-7, inclusive

engineCode

string

May be located on the engine block or on the vehicle plate on the inside driver
door jam. If VIN is not specified this is required for GM vehicles.

engineCylinderMount

string

The mounting style of the cylinders : B, L, V, or W.
For in line engine use "L".

engineCylinderCount

string

The number of cylinder in the engine integer 2-12

engineDisplacementCC

string

The displacement of the internal combustion engine

engineAspirationType

string

NORMAL, TURBO, or SUPER

engineFuelType
