Retrieve the diag code details by type and code.
API will return the edgeCode diag codes as they include other types as well, since edgeCode added new codes to the existing list.
Accepted Types: unknown, lmu8bit, lmu32Bit, edgeCore, cmf, opkg
Required permission: User should be authenticated via CTC.
