Get a list of the Events attached to the Device.

GET https://qa.connect.calamp.com/connect/results/events/device/{id}/motionlog

The return value is a list of events found for the matching date and deviceId or ESN.
All date inputs require a ISO8601 formatted String. Midnight is assumed if time is absent and UTC is assumed if time zone is absent.
